Our Process
Consultation
We meet with you and determine the best beverage options for your event. Gather&Toast doesn’t have a limited list of beverages to offer. We customize the drinks to make the best possible presentation. We take into account the beverages you prefer to serve, the food, and how many guests will be attending. We strive to offer exciting choices that will delight you and your guests!
Collaboration
You are an important part of the process. We listen to your ideas and pay close attention to your vision, so that we can provide beverages that harmonize and enhance your event.
Procurement
Gather&Toast sources all alcoholic beverages for your event. Whenever possible, we like to work with local or smaller producers, creating a unique and customized offering that is tailored to your event. We are happy to collaborate with your caterer if you are using one.
Execution
We arrive at your event with all of the necessary provisions, including rental wine glasses and rating sheets if your event features a wine or other beverage tasting. We love to speak to your guests about the beverages should you wish, and we can provide as formal of an educational presentation as you desire. We bring the beverages, service, and our expertise, so you can focus on enjoying your event!
