We provide in-person service to individuals and organizations throughout Southeast Florida. From our home base in Port St. Lucie, we are delighted to be a part of your next event.

Meet the Founder

Ethan Blank, a lifelong wine enthusiast, is the founder of Gather&Toast. His education began with taking several beverage themed courses during his undergraduate years at Cornell University. After a long, successful, and satisfying career as an attorney, Ethan completed his Master’s degree in Wine and Beverage Management at the Culinary Institute of America. Ethan founded Gather&Toast to share his passion for wine and spirits and their unique ability to connect people, inviting everyone to come together and celebrate good friends over great pours.
